A radio journalist, Pierre Lhoste (1913–1984) asked the prominent figures he interviewed to provide an autograph accompanied by a drawing of a tree, thus creating a unique record of his interviews. INFORMATION: Louis Joxe was a French diplomat and politician. A member of the Resistance, he served as Minister for Algerian Affairs and was a signatory to the Evian Accords in 1962. He served as a minister for nearly ten years under President Charles de Gaulle, holding positions including Minister of Justice, Minister of National Education, and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Very good condition; edges of the page are slightly damaged and yellowed.
