A radio journalist, Pierre Lhoste (1913–1984) asked the celebrities he interviewed to provide an autograph accompanied by a drawing of a tree, thus creating a unique record of his interviews. INFORMATION: Claude Michel, whose real name was Gianni Marzano, was a Belgian singer-songwriter (French pop). She produced hits such as “Comme je t’aime,” advocated for social and feminist causes, and also wrote the song “Les Penn Sardin” as a tribute to the 1924 sardine cannery workers’ strike.
