The auction will take place at Drouot (air-conditioned room), located at 20 rue Drouot, 75009 Paris, where the lots will also be on display prior to the auction in optimal comfort.

We hope to welcome many of you to this auction dedicated to 20th-century European modernism—a true invitation to an artistic journey through the major postwar art movements.

From Mario Schifano’s powerful and vibrant compositions, in which the tree becomes both a symbol and a pictorial medium, to the sensual and organic forms of Pierre Giraudon’s resin works, and the poetic and spiritual world of Bulgarian artist Lika Yanko, this auction showcases artists whose sensibilities are as diverse as they are complementary.
